Leadership Shake-Up at New York's Office of Cannabis Management: Executive Director Resigns

The investigation into Omnium began in February 2025, initiated by a referral from the Compliance team to the OCM Trade Practices Bureau. The OCM's press release also revealed images of products and isolates allegedly linked to the case, further highlighting the gravity of the compliance issues at hand
