When was the last time you played so freely that you forgot everything else? On November 8th, you can recapture that childhood joy at a special gathering on Koh Samui: traditional circle games and folk activities by the sea. This event invites everyone to run, laugh, and move together, no prior experience needed.
Hosted by Lia Antonenko, a certified leader of folk game celebrations and therapist, the afternoon promises playful movement and connection. Whether you come alone, with friends, or with children, you’ll find a welcoming space to unwind from daily routines and enjoy spontaneous fun.
The event takes place at Hua Thanon View Point from 2 to 6 pm, with shelter available in case of rain. Participation is donation-based, so you can choose the amount that feels right. Past attendees have appreciated how easily they could let go of worries and immerse themselves in the joyful atmosphere of shared movement and rhythm.
This gathering is perfect for those seeking new ways to connect with the island community, move their bodies, and experience simple happiness. OG Lab notes that these games create a rare chance to feel a deep sense of unity among diverse people, all moving as one by the sea.
