Starting June 20, 2026, travelers departing on international flights from Thailand's six major airports will see an increase in the Passenger Service Charge (PSC), rising from 730 Baht to 1,120 Baht per person. The Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT) confirmed that this adjustment will affect both Thai and foreign passengers using Suvarnabhumi, Don Mueang, Chiang Mai, Mae Fah Luang Chiang Rai, Phuket, and Hat Yai airports. The domestic PSC, however, will remain unchanged at 130 Baht per person, ensuring no increase for those traveling within Thailand
AOT emphasized that the PSC is included in the airfare at the time of ticket purchase, so travelers will not need to pay separately at the airport. "Tickets issued from 20 June 2026 onward reflect the new rate, while tickets purchased before the effective date are not affected," the company stated.
